Privacy Policy

This policy covers myhealthscanner.com, our pre-launch website. It does not yet cover the My Health Scanner mobile app, which will ship with its own in-app privacy policy before launch.
What we collect
- Early-access sign-ups. Your email address, and — if you choose to give them — your first name and which phone you use.
- Contact messages. Your name, email address, chosen topic and the message you send.
- Technical data. When you submit a form we record the country your request came from and your browser's user-agent string. We use your IP address in memory to rate-limit abuse and to bind your verification challenge to your session; we do not store it.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
- To tell you when the beta opens, and to reply when you write to us.
- To keep the forms usable by blocking spam and automated abuse.
Our lawful basis under the UK/EU GDPR is your consent for the early-access list, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the site for everything else.
Who can see it
We use a small number of processors, and nobody else:
- Cloudflare — hosting, spam protection (Turnstile) and the database holding sign-ups and messages.
- Resend — sending the confirmation and notification emails, where enabled.
We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and are reviewed within 24 months of launch. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after we've resolved the conversation.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email we send, or write to us and we'll remove you.
- Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent at any time — it won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
- If you are in the UK or EU, you may complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If Cloudflare Turnstile is active it may set a short-lived token strictly to confirm you are not a bot; it is not used to track you across sites.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be sent by email.
